Journey Overview

Upon arrival, you’ll embark on a scenic journey to Darjeeling, marking the start of your adventure. The tour package includes a comprehensive city sightseeing experience in Darjeeling, highlighted by the picturesque Batasia Loop. Following this, you’ll visit Kalimpong and Gangtok. The tour concludes with a transfer to either Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Train Station.

Booking Details

The Darjeeling tour package is available for groups of 2 to 10 people. We recommend keeping your group size within this range to ensure a personalized experience. You and your companions will travel exclusively in private vehicles.

Customization and Vehicles

You can select from our popular pre-designed programs or customize your own itinerary to meet your specific needs. You have the flexibility to start and end your journey from any city in India.

Our exclusive service includes the option to tour in a Sedan Car for 2 to 3 people or a Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) for 3 to 5 people. Our experienced chauffeurs will ensure a smooth and comfortable experience throughout your tour. All sightseeing will be conducted on a private basis.

Should you require a guide, we can provide an English-speaking guide or one fluent in another language for an additional cost upon request.

Vehicle Information

Our vehicles are fully air-conditioned, well-maintained, and of the highest standards. All chauffeurs are fluent in English and knowledgeable about the regions you’ll visit. Vehicles are available from 08:00 to 20:00 daily, allowing for regular breaks and detours to nearby attractions if desired.

Sedan: 4+1 seater, ideal for 1 to 3 passengers. Features include air conditioning and space for 2 hand baggage and 2 suitcases (models such as Swift Desire, Mahindra Logan, or Toyota Etios).
Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV): 6+1 seater, suitable for 4 to 5 passengers. Equipped with air conditioning and space for 3 hand baggage and 3 to 4 suitcases (model: Toyota Innova).
Tempo Traveler: 12+1 seater, ideal for 6 to 10 passengers. Features air conditioning, space for 10 hand baggage, and 9 to 10 suitcases.
Mini Coach: 18+1 seater, suitable for 11 to 16 passengers. Includes air conditioning

Day 1 :

Arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport - Transfer to Darjeeling

Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or IXB Airport, you'll be warmly greeted and transferred to Darjeeling, located at an altitude of 6,950 feet. Check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 2 :

Darjeeling Sightseeing

Early in the morning, around 4:00 AM, embark on a drive to Tiger Hill (8,400 feet) to witness the stunning sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzonga, the third highest peak in the world (28,208 feet). On your return, visit the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, explore the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays), Tea Gardens (outer view), Ropeway, and the Japanese Temple. The evening is free for shopping or relaxation. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 3 :

Transfer from Darjeeling to Kalimpong

After breakfast, proceed to Kalimpong (3,950 feet). Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day tour of Kalimpong, including visits to Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham’s Home, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hills, and Pine View Nursery. Overnight stay in Kalimpong.

Day 4 :

Transfer from Kalimpong to Gangtok - Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, transfer to Gangtok (5,500 feet). Check into your hotel upon arrival. In the afternoon, embark on a half-day city tour, visiting the Flower Show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery, and Banjakhri Falls (tour duration: 3-4 hours). Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 5 :

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

After breakfast, set out for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 feet) and Baba Mandir (13,200 feet), located 55 km from Gangtok. Return to Gangtok for an overnight stay. (In case Tsomgo Lake is closed due to landslides or other reasons, an alternate sightseeing option will be provided.)

Day 6 :

Transfer from Gangtok to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and take the transfer to NJP Railway Station or IXB Airport for your onward journey.

What is included in the tour package?

The tour package includes accommodation with breakfast and taxes at specified or similar properties, transportation by an A/C car with driver allowance, fuel, parking charges, and interstate taxes. Transportation is provided from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM daily. Rates are per person, based on a minimum of 2 persons sharing the same room and vehicle.

What expenses are not covered in the tour package?

The tour package does not cover lunch, dinner, or personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, and tips. Additionally, it excludes air or train tickets, entry tickets, and camera/video camera fees, as well as charges for local or accompanying guides. Any items not specifically mentioned in the inclusions are also excluded.

Is transportation included throughout the tour?

Yes, transportation is included throughout the tour. An A/C car will be provided for travel as per the itinerary, including driver allowance, fuel, parking charges, and interstate taxes. Transportation is available daily from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.

Can I book the tour if I am traveling alone or with more than two people?

Yes, you can book the tour if you are traveling alone or with more than two people. The rates mentioned are for a minimum of 2 persons sharing the same room and vehicle. If you are traveling alone, you may need to pay a single supplement fee. For groups larger than 2 persons, the vehicle and accommodation will be adjusted accordingly.
