What does the tour package include?

The tour package includes a 2-night stay in a hotel or resort of your choice, with accommodation in base category rooms unless specified otherwise. It covers transportation in an AC Sedan (4+1) for transfers from Ooty Bus Station and back, as well as for the duration of the itinerary. This includes fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking fees, and GST. The package also covers up to 450 kilometers of travel; any additional distance will incur an extra charge.

What is not included in the package?

The package does not include lunch and dinner. Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, and telephone calls are also not covered. Entrance fees to attractions, boating charges, and camera/video fees are additional costs. Any expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances, such as political situations, are not included. Additionally, any services or items not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions are excluded.

Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?

Yes, if the total travel distance exceeds 450 kilometers, an extra charge will be applied at a rate of Rs. [per km]. Vehicles used before 6:30 AM and after 8:30 PM will incur an additional charge of Rs. 400 per hour. Any personal expenses and additional costs for entrance fees or optional activities will be your responsibility.

How are the kilometers calculated for the extra charges?

Kilometers are calculated based on the distance from our office to Ooty and back. The cost includes up to 450 kilometers of travel as part of the package. Any distance beyond this will be charged separately at the specified rate. The calculation is intended to cover transportation needs as per the itinerary provided.
