- Travel preferences (destination, dates, budget, traveller count).
- Payment information processed via Razorpay — we do not store card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers.
- Basic usage data via analytics tools, if enabled.
How We Use It
To respond to enquiries and send quotes, process bookings and deposits, communicate via WhatsApp/email/phone, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing With Third Parties
We share only what's necessary with Razorpay (payments), hotels/transport/other vendors (to fulfil your booking), and WhatsApp Business (if you message us there).
Data Retention & Security
Retained as long as needed for service and accounting/legal requirements; reasonable technical measures taken to protect it.
