About Us
The Posh Travels curates holiday packages, acting as an agent between you and third-party providers (hotels, transport, airlines, activity vendors).
Enquiries & Quotes
Prices shown are indicative, per person on twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise, and subject to change until a deposit is paid and booking confirmed in writing.
Booking & Payment
A ₹5,000 deposit confirms your booking request; it does not guarantee availability until we confirm in writing. Balance due before travel as communicated in your booking confirmation. Payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets).
Your Responsibilities
Valid travel documents (ID, passport, visa), health/vaccination requirements, and accurate traveller details.
Our Liability
We act as an agent facilitating bookings with third-party providers and aren't liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or failures, or for events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest).
Changes & Cancellations by Us
If a package must change or be cancelled for reasons beyond our control, we'll offer an alternative or refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Governing Law
Laws of India; courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
